Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- On all reservations, there is a two-night minimum in the off-season and a three-night minimum stay in summer and on holidays.
- (Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of $75. Does not apply to VRBO bookings or cancellations made within 48 hours from the time of booking. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of the reservation total paid.)
- A deposit of 25% of the stay will be charged to your credit card the day the reservation is made. There is a $75.00 Cancellation Fee.
- Rates are subject to change without notification.
- Please no pets allowed.
- Long-term (30 days or more) rentals require a minimum reservation of two consecutive months during Jan. and Feb.
- All utilities are included in the rate quoted.
- A 90-day cancellation notice is required on Long term rentals.
- A $500.00 Long-term deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. (For Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will return your $500 deposit. For Cancellations made within 90 days or more prior to your arrival date, your $500 deposit will be forfeited.)
- Must be at least 25 yrs. old with a major credit card to rent at Mustang Towers.
