- Kids area w/ books, games & TV located at the pool pavilion
- Golf Cart Rentals
- Chair and Umbrella rentals
- Turtle's Poolside Grill - Open Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm / Outside food and beverages are prohibited / Hours subject to change
- Shared Propane Grill located next to the condo building
- Resort Events
- Trailers/boats are not allowed on the property. Violation of this could result in it being towed. Please click the following link to see public parking options in Port Aransas
- Minimum age to rent is 25
- Sunflower Beach Resort is a growing community w/ active construction Mon – to Friday 7 am to 7 pm
