A beautifully furnished living area and plush furniture await inside the entryway. Guests will love settling in for a cozy movie night in front of the flat-screen television or stargazing from your private patio. The stunning kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare fresh, coastal meals, with elite stainless-steel appliances, white cabinetry, and beautiful countertops. The dining table and 4 chairs provide ample seating to enjoy mealtimes together. The unit is right next to the shared grill, making it easy access for fun, fresh grilling nights while enjoying dinner on the wrap-around patio. The Adult Only Pool or Community Pool (Adult pool will be heated from November 1st through March 1st, during which children will be allowed in the adult pool until 5 pm) provides the perfect place to splash in the Texas sunshine.
