Mustang Towers Amenity Access and Important Information:
- Large, shared pool & hot tub
- Shared propane grill located by the pool & charcoal grills located on the right side of the building (please bring charcoal)
- Coffee Bar in downstairs lobby
- Ping Pong, Air Hockey, and Foosball table
- Weights and Elliptical in downstairs lobby
- Boardwalk to the beach
- Fish cleaning hut
- Boat Parking (first come, first serve basis in back of parking lot)
- Rinse station at beginning of boardwalk & inside pool area.
- All units have a private balcony w/ beach view.
- In unit washer/dryers-Laundry detergent not provided.
- Minimum age to rent is 25, ID Required.
- No pets of any kind allowed
- 2 Elevators
- This property is NOT accessible by golf cart
