Gorgeous Views … Mustang Towers 1004 is a newly remodeled 3BR, 2.5 BA ocean view condo.
From the moment you walk in you can feel the stress leave your body. The bayside… as you walk into your right is home to BR1) it has a queen bed, a nightstand, a chest with mirror, TV and a closet. Down the hall is BR2) complete with a bunk bed with a twin bed over full, it also has a pull-out twin trundle underneath, a chest for clothing, TV and a closet.
There is a shared bathroom in the hallway BA1) this full bath has a beautiful, tiled tub/shower combo. Across the hall is a generous sized laundry room with full sized washer & dryer for your use.
The kitchen is very well supplied for you to prepare all your meals with all stainless-steel appliances. For coffee coinsurers there is a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker. Plenty of cabinets to keep essentials & beach snacks. The dining table has plenty of room to seat 6 to 7 comfortably with 4 chairs & a long bench on one side, room for two more at the bar stools located at the bar area by the kitchen. The half bath is located across from the kitchen/dining area. A beautiful small built in wood look desk area with chair is located along the wall opposite the dining area. The living area is bright and open with very comfy leather sofa, loveseat and oversize chair, all of these recline, TV with Wi-Fi, cable, coffee table and lamps.
The living area and master bedroom have access to the sliding glass window wall facing the ocean side. There are extra tall chairs on the patio to sit outside and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The master that is open to the living area does have a sliding door for privacy. BR3) this bedroom has a king bed, nightstands and a bench for sitting, right inside the walk-in closet is a small chest for clothing. The full-size ensuite bathroom BA2) it has a beautifully done tiled walk-in shower.
There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9a.m. to 10p.m with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3Ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked to not throw trash in after 10p.m. or before 8a.m.
To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicap and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boat, trailers, or Jet Ski’s they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
