Go Big or Go Home is a comfortable and luxurious 7000 sq ft home situated 0.7 miles from the beach with a private heated pool. This is the perfect place for family reunions, vacations, or group getaways. This home is built on three levels with the main living-dining- kitchen on the second floor. The first and second floors have back, outdoor sitting areas and a view of the pool while the third floor has a front balcony with partial views of the Gulf. The bottom level with stained concrete floors consists of a game room, bathroom, and elevator. The elevator serves all three floors and is activated for handicap access ONLY and with ADVANCED notice to management. The game room has a kitchenette with a sink, mini-fridge, dishwasher, and ice machine. Lounge on the large sectional, (BR5) which converts to a sleeper sofa, while watching your favorite sports or movies on the wall-mounted TV. There are two stools for additional seating. This can be used as a bedroom and play area for children and teens. The full bathroom has a vanity, and tile stand-alone shower with a bench and glass enclosure. Step out the sliding glass door to the backyard oasis.
