Welcome to The Happy Enchilada - a dream come true. Under new ownership, this home has undergone recent renovations, received updated furniture, and added a private pool. Enjoy incredible panoramic views of not just the ocean and dunes, where you can watch sunrises, but also 70 acres of wild saltgrass pasture. Bayside, watch the Port A sunsets and the ship channel happenings. This comfortable five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath property lies right off the Texas Gulf Coast in the quiet neighborhood of Royal Sands. The main living/kitchen area is on the third floor to take advantage of the spectacular views.

Step into the front door to a downstairs living/kitchen space with a separate bedroom. This area has a flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, accent chair, breakfast table with seating for 3, a sink with a granite countertop, stove/range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, and a drip coffee maker. The bedroom (BR1) features a King-size bed, nightstands, a barrel chair, a chest for your beach attire, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a granite countertop and a tile corner shower with a glass door. The walk-in closet includes a stackable washer/dryer and still has plenty of space for hanging clothes. This downstairs area can be used for those who need more privacy or wish to go to bed early
