Beachside Getaway is a family-friendly three-bedroom, 2.5-bath Townhome conveniently located on 11th Street. This condo sits near the saltwater pool that is heated in the winter months. Beachside Getaway is beautifully decorated with beach-inspired décor. If you are looking for a great location central to all that Port Aransas has to offer, look no further! Park your car in the assigned parking spaces and leave it for the duration of your stay. An 8-minute walk gets you to the acclaimed Gulf Coast beach where you can enjoy the surf and the sand. A quick 2-minute drive takes you to shops, restaurants, and activities. Upon entering the foyer of this home you will find the open-concept kitchen/dining/living area with a half bath. The kitchen will meet all of your culinary needs. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, utensils, a toaster, a blender, and a combination filter/pod coffee pot. There is seating for 8 at the large dining table with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Enjoy movies or sports on the amazing 85” Sony 4K Smart TV with Wi-Fi and cable provided. - Dedicated Parking at each property. Golf cart rental will use one parking space.
