Welcome to vacation relaxation! This 3rd-floor Penthouse offers an amazing view of the gulf on private balconies with tall chairs and a high-top table to see over the railing. Inside, the bright kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to enjoy your stay. A center island and wide granite counters give you plenty of kitchen space. The beach comes inside the backsplash accents in blues and greens. One dining table looks out the sliding glass doors with 4 chairs and a bench, seating six in total. Another high-top table seats 4 more to comfortably accommodate everyone. And for a few extra spaces, sit at the awesome surfboard table off to the side. Two overstuffed leather couches sit in front of the other sliding glass door which shows the Gulf over the dunes. The TV includes cable. 
A king-sized bed awaits you in the master bedroom (BR1), with sliding glass doors to another private balcony. The attached bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower with beautiful tile work. The blue bedroom (BR2) has 2 full beds and large windows looking to the dunes. There is a desk and a dresser. Across the hall, the green bedroom (BR3) has a full bed below the beautiful, stenciled lighthouse. Outside of the bedrooms, the second bathroom has a walk-in glass shower to freshen up after a day on the water or at the beach. The window next to the sink brings in plenty of natural light for getting ready. With blue and green accents, beautiful bedspreads, and sea and beach-inspired art and decorations, this condo is ready for you!  Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
