AH-C210:Aransas Harbors: Newly Remodeled, 2nd Floor Condo, Shared Pool/Hot Tub, Near Marina
This newly remodeled second-floor condo is located near the back of the complex. It is within walking distance of the Marina and Ferry where you can watch the dolphins. It is 0.5 miles to shops, restaurants, and bars and a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach. The open living room has ample seating for guests with a sleeper sofa, a love seat, an accent chair, a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The galley-style kitchen will accommodate your culinary needs with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, a wine chiller, a Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, and utensils. There are four stools at the bar for seating and entertaining. The guest room (BR1) has a Queen-sized bed, TV, and nightstands. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The laundry room is at the end of the hallway with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom (BR2) has a King-size bed, nightstands, TV, and dresser for your beach attire. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a glass enclosure.
