- Private Heated Pool- The pool can be heated or cooled for $50.00 per day and must be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
- Pet Friendly with $95 Fee per Pet, Maximum 2 Pets.
- Charcoal Grill- Please bring charcoal.
- Keurig and drip coffee maker. Please bring K-cups, coffee and filters.
- Laundry detergent not provided.
- Beach Towels not provided.
- Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.
- WIFI- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
