Upon entry, step into the living area that has an open floor plan with the dining and kitchen area. The living area has a comfy sectional sofa, a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. The dining table is perfect for game night or family meals with 4 chairs and one bench seat on one side. The well supplied kitchen has all white appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and beautiful granite counter tops. Right off the kitchen is the laundry room, with a full-size washer & dryer for your use. There is also a back door leading outside to a small porch that and stairs down to a patio and a fenced in yard.
Back inside the house off the living area on one end is BD1) the master, complete with a king size bed, nightstand, TV and a closet. The en-suite full bath has a tub/shower combo. Off the other side of the living room down the hall is BD2) with a queen size bed, nightstand, TV and a closet.
Across the hall is BD3) with a set of bunk beds with a twin over a full-size bed, TV and a closet. The bedrooms share a hall full bath with a tub/shower combo.
The house has a side entry with a deck that goes all the way around to the front of the house. Sit outside and enjoy the breezy evenings. Parking for four vehicles.
