Welcome to Beauty and the Beach. This recently upgraded 2nd-floor condo, with elegant furnishings and coastal décor, offers an amazing view of the Gulf from the private balcony. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the comfortable balcony chairs while listening to the ocean waves. This beachfront condo is in a premier location, with easy access to the beach by way of two boardwalks, and also conveniently located to shopping, nightlife, restaurants and a golf course.
Inside, the kitchen is equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker, along with everything to enjoy your stay including a frozen concoction maker for the perfect margaritas. The dining table accommodates eight comfortably so everyone has a seat at the table for dinner. After a day at the beach, relax on the comfortable overstuffed sofa, chair with ottoman and two additional matching armchairs while you enjoy the 55" smart TV and the ocean view. There is also a variety of board games for both kids and adults. The condo is furnished with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience to get you through your vacation.
