Be the first to book this new three-story townhome located in the Endless Summer Resort, just 0.9 miles to the beach and 0.3 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. There is parking for four vehicles, two under the property and two in the driveway. The heart of the home (kitchen/living/dining and master bedroom) is located on the second level. The open floor plan and tall ceilings are perfect for everyone to come together and entertain. The kitchen is sure to please all chefs with plenty of lighting, granite countertops, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, dishes, basic pot pans, and utensils. Dine beside the large windows or at the breakfast bar. Gather guests in the spacious living room (couch converts to a sofa sleeper) to watch a movie.
