Conveniently located 1 mile to restaurants, shops, and nightlife and 0.8 miles to the beach. Enjoy a mix of island and contemporary décor carried throughout. The open kitchen is sure to please all chefs with crisp white cabinets, sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, a farm-style sink, an island for prepping, a regular drip coffee maker, basic pots, pans, and utensils. There is seating for six at the breakfast bar for dining on freshly prepared meals. The living room is furnished with two couches (one converts to a Queen Sleeper Sofa) for gathering and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable. The split bedroom arrangement provides privacy for all.
