This home is located in town, just 0.8 miles to the beach, 0.4 miles to the nearest restaurant, shopping and nightlife. The detached apartment makes up the ground floor, great for those who need privacy. (* It is Not accessible to the other floors from the inside *) The kitchenette is comprised of a fridge, sink, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven. Snack around at the table with seating for four. Lounge around on the couch, which folds out to a sleeper, and watch movies on the wall-mounted TV.
