AH-J233: Sandy Good: Newly Constructed, Second Floor Condo, Shared Pool & Hot Tub, Near Marina
Book your next getaway at Sandy Good Time, a newly remodeled, second-floor condo located near the front of the complex, a short walk around the corner to the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. You will find the open floor plan accommodating and intimate for a couple or small family with stylish, crisp coastal decor carried throughout. The living room is comprised of a plush couch that folds out to a Queen sleeper sofa, a matching accent armchair, and an ottoman, made for relaxing and watching movies or sports on the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the kitchen, furnished with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor your meals at the dining table with seating for four. There is additional seating at the bar for two. For your convenience, the full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly off of the kitchen behind folding doors. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the Bay breeze. The master suite (BR1) awaits you with a King-size bed, nightstands, closet, chest for your beach attire, and a TV.
