The ground level has a garage and a large screened-in porch for entertaining and relaxing. The screened-in area has a large L shaped sectional, bar with a sink that can be used for serving space and a half bath. There is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water on the back porch.
Up the stairs to the 2nd floor is the common area and a bedroom with wood flooring and windows with views throughout. The living area has ample seating with a couch, sofa, 2 accent chairs, TV, Cable and Wi-Fi. The adjacent dining area has a glass table with seating for 6. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, spacious breakfast bar for food prepping and entertaining with seating for 5.
