The Commons at Seashell is a great spot for renting one unit for up to 10 people or multiple units for up to 90 people for family reunions, retreats, and gatherings of friends. There is a large shared pool, hammocks for relaxing, picnic tables for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units. Each unit has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand. Pull up in the open parking area at the Commons complex and follow a short path towards your unit. A small sitting area outside your front door offers a shady spot to read and relax. And it is just steps away from the large shared pool, hammock, picnic and grilling area. Each unit has its own outdoor shower for rinsing off. Walk straight into an open living area with a brightly colored beachside vibe. A red couch, which doubles as a Queen sleeper sofa, navy loveseat and two accent chairs sit before a flat-screen TV, made for relaxing. Beside the living room are a full-size washer and dryer and a half bath. There’s plenty of space to enjoy dinner at the large wood dining table with seating for eight.
