Venture upstairs to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast while listening to the rustling of the palm trees
in the island breeze. There is plenty of seating for family and friends. Step inside to the open common living area. Enjoy your favorite TV shows
or movies with cable and Wi-Fi while sitting on the couch, accent chairs or recliner. 3 bar stools can be pulled up for extra seating. You can interact
with those in the kitchen or dining table with seating for 4. The full kitchen has a stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, 
pantry and open shelving for all of your cooking needs. Off of the living room is a half bath which also has a washer and dryer. The master bedroom
(BR1) has a King size bed, nightstand, TV, closet and chest for your outdoor and beach attire. The guest bedroom (BR2) has a Queen size bed, nightstand and closet. Both rooms share a full size hallway bathroom with a tub/shower unit.
