The Mayan Princess is right in the middle of Mustang Island, with Port Aransas a ten-minute drive to the North and North Padre Island just minutes to the South. Corpus Christi is right over the JFK Causeway Bridge and Rockport is just a ferry ride away. Exquisite and Elegant all wrapped into one at this fabulous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath split level condo. Granite countertops & stainless appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. Travertine flooring throughout. Downstairs offers a spacious open living, dining & kitchen with half bath and stackable washer & dryer.
